This Operating Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering and participating in the Program, you agree to the terms described herein, which form a legally binding contract between you (“Affiliate”) and our company. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not participate in the Program.

1. Registration and Acceptance

To join the Program, you must complete the registration process on our platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion, based on the eligibility criteria specified in the Program’s policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Be over 18 years of age.
• Own a website or social media accounts that are active and relevant for promotion.
• Comply with the applicable laws in your place of residence.

Once accepted into the Program, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link that you must use to track sales and referrals.

2. Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote our products and services in an ethical and transparent manner.
• Use only the promotional materials approved by our company.
• Not make false or misleading statements about our products, services, or promotions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to email marketing, data privacy, and consumer protection.
• Refrain from using spam techniques, fraud, self-consumption, or any other method that violates the rules of the Program.

3. Company Obligations

We commit to:

• Provide you with the links, tools, and materials necessary to promote the products and services.
• Ensure the proper tracking of your referrals and sales through reliable technological systems.
• Make timely payment of the commissions generated in accordance with the terms of the Program.
• Offer ongoing support through our affiliate support team.

4. Commission Structure and Payments

• Commission Calculation: Commissions are based on the effective sales generated through your affiliate link.
• Payment Requirements: Payments will be made once the minimum amount specified in the Program’s policies has been reached.
• Payment Period: Commissions are processed monthly and deposited into the payment method selected during registration.
• We reserve the right to withhold commissions if fraudulent activity or breach of this agreement is detected.

5. Duration and Termination

This agreement will remain in effect as long as you are part of the Program, unless:

• Termination by the Affiliate: You can unsubscribe from the Program at any time by notifying us in writing.
• Termination by the Company: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in case of:
  • Breach of this agreement.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Unilateral decision to terminate the Program.
• In case of termination, pending commissions will be reviewed and paid according to the applicable terms.

6. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be notified with reasonable notice through the affiliate panel or by email. Continuing to participate in the Program after the changes implies your acceptance of them.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the Program. Our total liability will be limited to the commissions generated and payable under this agreement.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which our company is registered. Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable local regulations.
